3 M DP270 epoxy potting glue is a hard two-component epoxy adhesive with a mix ratio of 1:1 and an active periodof 70 minutes. It can form an initial strength of about 3 hours at 72 ° F (22 ° C) and a pressure of about 2500 PSI. In addition,3M Scotch-Weld "DP270 epoxy potting glue has a low viscosity and is easy to dispense and potting; it does not corrode copper. Ithas good resistance to medical sterilization, and black opaque and transparent amber are optional. DP270 epoxy potting glue has a low viscosity and is easy to dispense and potting. It does not have a copper corrosive exothermic curve and has very low
shrinkage, making it ideal for potting and bonding electronic products and electrical components.
