Its long-term working temperature is 90 ° C and overload temperature is 130 ° C. 2131 resin adopts unique unipak packaging, which is divided into two parts and packed in one bag. The resin features flame retardant, strong adhesion to all cable sheaths, hard but flexible, unique unipak packaging can be mixed, poured, excellent moisture-proof function. The glue has the characteristics of fast curing at room temperature, low curing stress, good sealing performance, impact resistance, good water resistance, and convenient construction.The repaired seal or air leakage is not affected by water, oil, salt and other contaminants.Application Restore or repair the sheath of single-core and multi-core cables, especially where they are often bent; restore the main insulation of multi-core cables below 1000v and 10000v; seal the bifurcation at the end of multi-core cables.

Precautions

3M 2131 resin only needs to be opened when used. If installed and used at low temperature, the package needs to be warmed to at least 16 ° C to mix the two-component resin. It is best to place the package in a relatively warm environment, such as in the car, in the bag, etc., until it is opened during use.

1. Remove the outer packaging paper bag first.
2. Before removing the spacer strip, squeeze the resin on both sides a few times to pre-mix.

3.Squeeze the resin on one side towards the middle spacer strip, squeeze the spacer strip hard and mix it into the resin on the other side.
4. Mix the two-component resin back and forth alternately for about 30 seconds.
5. Mix the resin in the corners or sides of the bag thoroughly, and then squeeze it back for no more than 30 seconds. At this time, the color should be relatively uniform.
6. Cut a small opening and pour the resin into the position to be installed.
