Product description

3M94 primer is a light yellow transparent liquid that interacts with water molecules in the air to produce high adhesion and high temperature resistance. It is especially effective when used with 3M acrylic foam tape.

Precautions

1.3M 94 primer is a chemically active substance, so each time you use it, just take out the amount of the day (8 hours), and keep the rest sealed.
2.The operating environment should be well ventilated and kept clean.

The adhesive surface must be cleaned with 50% ketone solution, and after the surface is completely dried, use a brush (no fibers must fall off) to apply the primer evenly on the surface to be adhered. The thickness of the coating is 0.05MM. After the primer dries, the tape can be pasted.

1-Adhesive surface preparation:Clean the bonding surface with a cloth that is free of fiber shedding and dipped in 50% isopropanol, acetone or toluene.
2-operation:Shake the bottle with 3M 94 primer vigorously before use with a 3M special tool or brush, a roller (without fiber shedding), and
apply the 94 primer evenly on the bonding surface, with a general coating thickness of 2 to 4u.
3-Drying time:Drying time generally varies depending on temperature, humidity, and coating thickness. Normal drying time: 1 minute to 1 hour.
Drying time: 10 minutes to 30 minutes (temperature: 23 ° C, humidity 65%) · During this period, it is necessary to pay attention that the coating surface is absolutely not contaminated
4-Double-sided tape bonding:Apply double-sided tape to the dried coating surface and apply a certain amount of pressure.
