DOWSIL DOW CORNING 3145 RTV is a one-component room temperature curing organic silicone,It has excellent resistance to hot and cold alternation, aging resistance and insulation, and the adhesive layer has excellent moisture resistance, shock resistance,corona resistance and leakage resistance. Compared with general silicone sealants, it has excellent adhesion to substrates,yellowing resistance and moisture resistance.

* Curing method: React and cure with water vapor in the air at room temperature, no heat will be released during the curing process, and no corrosion will occur to the product.
* Non-vertical flow characteristics: Can be used for joints or joints on elevated or vertical surfaces.
* Adhesive properties: Good adhesion to glass, various metals and silicone rubber. For excellent adhesive properties on plastic surfaces, a layer of DOW CORNING ® 1204 can be applied as a base.
* Performance: After complete curing, it has high tensile and tear strength, good moisture resistance, corona resistance, ozone resistance and weather resistance; it has good electrical insulation properties and excellent thermal stability over a wide temperature range. Can work in a high temperature environment of 200 ° C for a long time, can work at 315 ° C for a short time,and still maintain elasticity at a low temperature of -65 ° C.
* Color types: There are two colors available: gray and transparent. The transparent one can be used at 180 ° C, and the gray one can be used at 200 ° C.
