Product Paramenters

Product description

This product is an economical silicone-free aerosol used to prevent spatter from adhering to the surface during welding operations so that it can be subsequently painted. No. 639 is a water-based product and it is recommended to spray only a thin coat. It is suitable for all kinds of conventional carbon steel, stainless steel, iron and other materials, effectively preventing welding slag from sticking and improving the appearance quality of welded parts, with a protection time of up to 6 hours.
APPLICATION
1.High temperature lubricant and release agent.
2.Reduces spatter build up on welding torches, nozzles and contact tips by preventing adhesion of weld spatter.
3.Protects against spatter adhesion on welding jigs and fittings.
4.Provides dry lubrication in dusty conditions.
5.Prevents corrosion of metal surfaces
6.As an anti-stick barrier during hot pressing operations.
APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS
1. Thoroughly clean and degrease the component to be treated.
2. Shake the aerosol can vigorously for one minute after the agitator balls are free. Apply a thin coat to dry surface from a distance of + 30cm, using a uniform sweeping motion.
3. Touch dry in less than 2 minutes. Full cure is achieved at room temperature for 24 hours or at 200˚C for one hour.
4. After use, invert the can and spray for 3 seconds to clear the nozzle.
HANDLING AND STORAGE
Extremely flammable aerosol. Pressurised container: protect from sunlight and do not expose to temperatures exceeding 50°C. Keep away from heat / sparks / flames / hot surfaces. No Smoking. Do not pierce or bum, even when empty. Do not spray onto an open flame or any incandescent material. 87% by mass of the contents are flammable. Causes serious eye irritation. May cause an allergic skin reaction. May cause drowsiness or dizziness. Use only in well ventilated areas. Keep out of reach of children.
